Professional Approach

Many of us fall prey to avoidance, procrastination, and insecurity. Imposter syndrome and perfectionism form a tricky, duplicitous recipe for feeling like we don't deserve to be where we are and that nothing is quite good enough.

In therapy, I have a directive, focused style that provides people with skills to liberate themselves from these assumptions about what accomplishment looks like and convert self consciousness into meaningful self-focus. My goal is for you to improve how you cope with work and academic challenges, process life experiences, and reduce stress. Feel free to reach out if working together seems like a potential fit.
